TT Cut is designed to edit your table tennis videos without sending them away from your device. This page explains exactly what the app accesses and why.

Privacy Policy for TT Cut

This Privacy Policy applies to the TT Cut (乒乓快剪) mobile application developed by Tinglei Cui. TT Cut is built around a simple principle: the videos you select should remain under your control.

1. Information we collect

TT Cut does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.

2. Videos and audio

When you choose a video, TT Cut processes its picture and audio tracks locally on your device to find possible table tennis rallies. Selected videos, extracted analysis data, thumbnails, edits, and exported clips are not uploaded to the developer or to a TT Cut server.

3. Local storage and retention

Temporary analysis and export files may be created in the app's private local storage. Clips you add to the in-app collection, their thumbnails, names, and related metadata remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app. Copies you explicitly save to Photos remain there until you delete them from Photos. The operating system may remove temporary files when storage is needed.

4. Permissions

  • Photos selection: used only to let you choose a video to analyze.
  • Add to Photos: used only when you ask TT Cut to save clips or a highlight reel to your photo library.
  • Camera and microphone: the bundled media component includes system camera and audio interfaces, so iOS may display related permission descriptions. TT Cut does not automatically record video or audio and only processes media you select.

You can review or change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Sharing and third-party services

TT Cut uses the iOS share sheet only when you choose to share exported files. The destination app or service you select may process the shared files under its own privacy policy. TT Cut does not control those third-party services.

6. Children's privacy

TT Cut does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.

7. Security

Processing media locally reduces exposure, but no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate system security settings and keep iOS up to date.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if TT Cut's features or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.

3. 本地存储与保留

应用可能在私有本地存储中生成临时分析和导出文件。你加入应用内收藏的片段，以及对应的缩略图、 名称和相关元数据，会保留在设备上，直至你主动删除或卸载应用。你明确保存到系统相册的副本会继续 保留，直至你从相册中删除。设备需要释放空间时，操作系统可能清理临时文件。

4. 权限说明

  • 选择照片：仅用于让你选择需要分析的视频。
  • 添加到照片：仅在你要求保存回合片段或精华合集时使用。
  • 相机与麦克风：应用内置的媒体组件包含系统相机与音频接口，因此 iOS 可能显示相关权限说明。乒乓快剪不会自动拍摄或录音，只处理你主动选择的媒体文件。

你可以随时在 iOS「设置」中查看或更改权限。

5. 分享与第三方服务

只有在你主动分享导出文件时，乒乓快剪才会调用 iOS 系统分享面板。你选择的目标应用或服务可能按照 其自身隐私政策处理分享的文件，乒乓快剪无法控制这些第三方服务。

6. 儿童隐私

乒乓快剪不会有意收集儿童或任何其他用户的个人信息。

7. 安全

本地处理可以减少数据暴露，但任何设备或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。建议为设备启用适当的系统 安全设置，并及时更新 iOS。

8. 政策更新

如果乒乓快剪的功能或法律要求发生变化，本政策可能会更新。发布修改时，页面顶部的更新日期也会 同步调整。
